What You’ll Do

  • Clean and decontaminate surgical instruments using ultrasonic cleaners, cart washers, and other specialized equipment.
  • Inspect and assemble surgical trays with precision and accuracy.
  • Sterilize instruments using steam and plasma sterilization systems.
  • Handle and disinfect flexible endoscopes using automated reprocessing equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records using our instrument tracking system.
  • Ensure workstations are stocked and organized.
  • (For advanced roles) Mentor and train new team members.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • CRCST certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year for entry-level).
  • 1–2+ years of experience in sterile processing preferred.
  • Additional certifications (CST, CIS, CHL, CER) are a plus for advanced roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced hospital setting with exposure to sterile and contaminated materials.
