Job Role Summary
This position is responsible for the supervision of data entry and clinic based support staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required, an advanced degree is highly desired
- 1-2 years previous office coordination experience required; and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license and reliable automobile with insurance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Language Skills:
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a wide variety of staff at various levels of knowledge and communication, as well as members of outside organizations/agencies, and the public; ability to display patience, understanding, initiative, tact and maturity and the ability to communicate concepts and instructions clearly.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Working Enviornment
- Standard office setting. On-the-job duties require talking, hearing, sitting, walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to climb balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and stand.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to perform job duties in environment with moderate noise level (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic).
- Has exposure to communicable diseases; combative patients and their associates in stress situations.
- Travel required, exposing incumbent to hazards inherent to vehicular travel.
