Job Role Summary

The Health and Hospital Corporation’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is seeking a senior project manager to build upon our existing DEI work and drive the implementation of our strategic planning process. We are looking for a strategic, flexible, innovative, and collaborative candidate to support the work of our Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a team mindset and the ability to self-start. This person will be responsible for attending meetings, keeping track of tasks, and supporting the Vice President in implementing the vision of the office and corporation.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.  
  • Project Management Certification(s) is/are a plus, but not required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to use Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient with social media platforms
  • Please identify any proficiency in languages other than English
  • Must have ability to delegate and collaborate 

Working Enviornment

This position will be in an office environment.  One must be nimble and able to adapt to change of assignments and tasks as needed. 
Most of the work will be done either virtually via computer or in person meetings held in offices and conference rooms.  Must have the ability to get to different locations of our corporate divisions around the city.  There may be an occasional event which must be attended to support or represent the vice-president of diversity, equity and inclusion or the corporation.
It is possible that there may be a conference to attend which would occur out of town. Be prepared for out of state travel.
