Essential Duties

Project Management and Implementation

  • Provides financial, managerial, and legal services to the CFO with little or no supervision.
  • Manages projects that include, but are not limited to, the creation, maintenance, and retention of records, including communication materials, contract processing, policies and procedures, and management of special projects. 
  • Draft financial and legal correspondence, documentation, and other materials.
  • Review and provide inputs to all work products and ensure that all deliverables are presented logically and accurately.
  • Compile legal and financial documentation into files and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Provide organization and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CFO to facilitate efficient decision making.
  • Provide legal analysis by reviewing relevant state and federal laws.
  • Provide financial analysis by reviewing financial statements and having the ability to understand industry standards in healthcare finance.

 

Data Collection, Validation and Analytics

  • Investigate beyond the first logical answer and challenge preconceived beliefs with fact-based analytics.
  • Deep dive into all relevant data, improve management reporting, and develop reliable and transparent reporting.
  • Develop storyline messages using supporting facts and analyses, ensure data and branding standards flows accurately and consistently throughout the presentation.

 

Teamwork      

  • Exercises good judgment and exemplifies a professional presence and calm demeanor when dealing with all issues and situations.
  • Maintains a high level of reliability and stability within the Office of the President, particularly during periods of leadership absence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Candidate must be able to work effectively in an extremely pressured environment or remotely.
  • Must have and use excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
