Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

Job Role Summary
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Responsible for mastering all IS applications and Eskenazi Health's specific workflows
- Develops and implements the training program for respective application(s)
- Builds, tests, and maintains the training environment
- Creates and maintains all training materials
- Trains and credentials additional classroom trainers to assist with end-user training
- Maintains policy and procedure documentation
- Maintains the training curriculum and training environment, and delivers ongoing training post-live
Job Requirements
- College degree preferred
- On-the-job Epic training
- Clinical or operational experience (recommended but not required)
- Epic certification (will obtain on-the-job)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- A proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skill and experience in adult education
- A detailed understanding of workflows and system configuration
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A strong belief in the value of any application install
- The ability to write well
