Job Role Summary

This position is responsible for maintenance, tracking and accuracy of medical/client records maintained within the Insight system.  Clerical and clinic duties are performed as a member of the health care team that provides services to individuals, families and various communities throughout Marion County.  Paper/computer filing systems are maintained for efficient record retrieval, tracking, chart location and purging records. Good customer service skills are required in order to ensure that visitors/clients are treated in a courteous and polite manner.   Collection of fees and the documentation are entered into the network database.  Cross training for other assignments may occur as job related activities dictate. There may be some traveling to other sites such as schools, homes, community sites or District Health Offices in Marion County.  


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years of previous work experience, prefer health related field
  • Computer skills including keyboard use including typing a minimum of 30 words/minute.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Access to own car and current automobile insurance.
