Eskenazi Health serves as the public hospital division of the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County. Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 327-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus as well as at 10 Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

Job Role Summary

Are you passionate about security, technology, and making a real impact in healthcare? We’re looking for an Access and Provisioning Analyst to join our dynamic team and help safeguard critical systems while supporting clinical excellence. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with problem-solving skills to ensure secure access across our Epic and legacy systems, enabling smooth operations and exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to expert for security access and provisioning, supporting Epic and related systems.
  • Respond quickly to incidents and requests, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for security access, problem resolution, and change control.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement security templates, manage updates, and drive change control processes.
  • Coordinate security-related activities across infrastructure, networks, servers, and applications.
  • Partner with application and compliance teams to design system-level access and governance.
  • Create and maintain records, templates, and classifications for security roles.
  • Support Epic security certification activities and ensure compliance with organizational standards.


 

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in security/access provisioning within healthcare or large-scale data environments.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of security principles, Epic security experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and collaborate across teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining and achieving Epic Security certification within four months of hire.
